The cartoon I want to see released on DVD is Reboot. I was just looking it up on Amazon, and apparently the seasons were released around 200 or 2001, but they must be out of print and very hard to find because they’re going for outrageous prices well above $100 each for mere portions of a season.

Yeah I don’t remember them releasing the show in seasons, I just remember single discs with a couple of episodes on them. Although I think they did also release those feature-length movies they did a while back.

I can recall just on episode of Freakazoid where he refused to follow a criminal into the sewers because, “it smells like poo gas”. I think Freakazoid ended up sitting off to the side while the police chased down the villain. It was pretty funny.
